To ensure all dresses are made from the same fabric roll and have an exact color match, we recommend placing a single order for all dresses at once.
• Orders placed separately may have slight variations in shade, as fabric dye lots can differ.
• If you have a large wedding party, it’s best to consolidate your order to guarantee a uniform look.
If you receive a faulty item, please contact our customer support team at mayleenbrand@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos showing the fault.
Once we review your claim, we’ll guide you through the next steps. If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.
